Songyuan is a PhD student in the Neuroscience Training Program at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He earned his BS in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and previously worked as a research coordinator at UCSF. In the lab, he develops custom experimental instrumentation and software and integrates these into behavioral experiments.
